An army between missions

A mission’s equipment choices begin to matter before Snake reaches the first guard. Carrying the right tools makes a quiet route possible, while recruitment gives an encounter value beyond simply clearing the exit. Between operations, the growing organisation gives you reasons to revisit earlier assignments. The repeated boss fights and development requirements can interrupt the story, especially when playing alone; the strongest stretches let planning, stealth and the base support each other.

Kojima Productions released Peace Walker for PSP in 2010. It develops recruitment and cooperative operations into central systems while continuing Big Boss’s story. The European edition is dated June 2010; the later PS3 conversion belongs to a separate platform release.

Prepare the next operation

Try the control options in an early mission before committing to a long session. Build a useful support staff and vary your loadout when a mission stalls. Treat cooperative play as an optional arrangement that needs compatible hardware and copies, rather than assuming an online matchmaking service will supply partners.

Why we chose it for PSP

Follow the exchange between compact stealth missions and an expanding support base.
